Administrative Assistant

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our internal team. This full-time remote role keeps our day running smoothly: calendars, documents, data entry, and the small details that let our recruiters spend their time with candidates and clients.

If you like a tidy inbox, a clean spreadsheet, and the feeling of checking every item off the list by the end of the day, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars and book interviews, calls, and team meetings
• Enter and update candidate and job information in our tracking system
• Prepare documents, forms, and simple reports from templates
• Keep shared folders, contact lists, and records organized and current
• Monitor the team inbox and send each message to the right person
• Send reminders and confirmations so nothing slips through the cracks
• Help with special projects as the team grows

Who Fits

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, office, or assistant role
• Organized, dependable, and careful with details
• Clear, friendly writing in email and chat
• Comfortable with calendars, spreadsheets, and learning new software
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
