Senior ACBS LANSA Developer

**Commercial Banking Technology Full-Time/ Remote** **LANSA (RDML/RDMLX) Visual LANSA**

We are looking for an experienced Senior ACBS LANSA Developer to drive the development, customization, and integration of our core commercial lending platform (ACBS). You will bridge legacy banking infrastructure with modern loan servicing solutions—building scalable applications, streamlining batch processes, and enhancing commercial loan accounting workflows.

What You’ll Do

Core Development: Design and deploy customized ACBS applications, modules, and screens using LANSA (RDML/RDMLX) and Visual LANSA.

System Integration: Build reusable backend components and APIs connecting ACBS with front-office origination and reporting systems.

Batch Processing: Optimize complex data flows, interfaces, and batch processes for core lending operations.

Upgrades & Tuning: Assist with ACBS version migrations, site-specific enhancements, and performance tuning.

L2/L3 Support: Troubleshoot production issues, job logs, and database queries to ensure high system availability.

Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and FIS support teams to convert lending requirements into technical designs.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on development experience in LANSA (RDML/RDMLX) and Visual LANSA.

Proven technical background in ACBS (FIS) and commercial loan servicing (syndication, fee structures, interest calculations).

Strong backend programming skills using CLP, CLLE, RPGLE, and SQL.

Proficiency with standard platform debugging tools and database troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points: Experience with messaging queues, data replication tools, FIS delivery teams, or modern CI/CD pipelines on core platforms.
