As our studio continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented and driven Interior Designer to join our team. We’re seeking a creative, highly organized, and self-motivated interior designer who is passionate about residential design, real estate development, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

This is a commission-based position with an anticipated near-full-time workload. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with an expanding design studio, take ownership of their projects, and enjoy the earning potential that comes with a performance-based compensation structure.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, collaborate directly with clients, and help bring exceptional spaces to life.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential design projects from initial concept through final design selections and documentation.
• Develop cohesive design concepts, 3D renderings, 2D elevations, and material selections.
• Select finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, hardware, and other design elements.
• Create detailed design presentations that communicate your vision to clients.
• Coordinate project timelines, design deliverables, and client communication.
• Source products and materials that align with project budgets and design goals.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all project deliverables.
• Represent REI Studio professionally while building strong, lasting client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

• A strong eye for design, with the ability to design across multiple styles.
• Previous experience in residential interior design or real estate development.
• A portfolio demonstrating design taste and technical ability.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• A creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
• Proficiency with DesignFiles, Chief Architect, Home Designer Pro, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar interior design software.
• Familiarity with residential construction, finish selections, and material specifications is strongly preferred.

This position is fully remote, so you will have the flexibility of working anywhere you prefer. You will have the opportunity to work with clients all across the US, on residential projects of all styles and price ranges.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
