BCBA Session Notes Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the documentation and management of session notes for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording session details, summarizing client progress, and ensuring that all documentation adheres to organizational standards and confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize session notes provided by BCBAs, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Summarize key points from session notes, highlighting client progress and areas of focus.
• Maintain an organized database of session notes and client information for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure that documentation meets regulatory and ethical standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on session notes and client data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with behavioral analysis concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using digital tools for documentation and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
