Project Manager, Manufacturing

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within a life sciences environment. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position. Looking for a long-term fit.

Pay rate range: $55-70/hr+, depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within the life sciences industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, including GMP, GLP, or GCP, is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
