Join a leading internal creative agency where you will shape how our global brand is experienced at one of its highest-volume touchpoints: the main website. This is the digital front door where millions of users first interact with our client, and where existing customers return week after week. What you design here will have massive visibility and immediate impact.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who understands exactly when a touchpoint needs to be purely functional and frictionless, and when it needs to evoke emotion. You will go beyond the artwork, blending stunning visual design with deep user psychology to craft coherent, high-converting customer journeys—ensuring a flawless experience from the first email or social ad all the way through to the final sign-up flow.

What You Will Do

Scalable Visual & UI Design

  • Design beautiful, on-brand visuals, modules, and templates that are built to scale.
  • Balance emotional resonance with seamless functionality across high-volume digital touchpoints.

User Experience & Journey Mapping

  • Apply user psychology and behavioral insights to drive evidence-based design decisions.
  • Craft a coherent, grounded customer journey from external marketing channels (email, social ads) to landing pages and sign-up flows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Handoff

  • Act as the designer that engineers genuinely want to work with.
  • Deliver highly specced, well-structured, and ready-to-build design files for smooth development handovers.
