Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Financial Accounting and SAP Joule AI for Finance .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance implementations, configuration, support and transformation projects, alongside practical experience or strong working knowledge of SAP Business AI, Joule AI Assistants and AI Agents.

This is a technical-functional SAP Finance role requiring deep knowledge of financial processes, intelligent automation and modern SAP technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience preferred, with a minimum of 8 years in SAP FI implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on SAP FI/FICO configuration expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Taxation and Financial Closing.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and support experience.
• SAP Joule AI / Conversational AI experience.
• Understanding of SAP Business AI Assistants, AI Agents and finance process automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a leading IT consulting or services organisation.
• Strong SAP FI integration experience across CO, MM, SD and Treasury.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of recent SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Business AI developments.

SAP Joule AI – Essential Experience

Candidates must have experience with SAP Joule AI / Conversational AI and knowledge of SAP Business AI developments, including those announced at SAP Sapphire 2026.

Financial Close & Record-to-Report (R2R)

Experience or strong working knowledge of at least 3 of the following:

• Financial Close Assistant
• Journal Entry Analysis Agent
• Financial Statement Insights Assistant
• Intercompany Reconciliation Agent
• Close Task Orchestration Agent

Receivables & Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Experience or strong working knowledge of at least 2 of the following:

• Accounts Receivable Collections Agent
• Cash Application Agent
• Dispute Resolution Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, Taxation and Financial Closing.
• Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Parallel Ledger and Group Reporting.
• Support SAP Finance implementations, migrations, rollouts, upgrades and RISE with SAP programmes.
• Implement and optimise financial processes using SAP Business AI, SAP Joule AI Assistants and SAP Joule AI Agents.
• Improve financial close automation, receivables management, cash application, dispute resolution and AI-driven finance reporting.
• Support integration between SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, Treasury and SAP BTP.
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting and post-go-live support.
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and functional documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, statutory regulations and financial controls.
