About the Company

ZEBJUS LLP is an engineering and technology company specializing in robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and innovative product research and development.

We are currently working on an advanced Medical 3D Printing and Precision Liquid Dispensing R&D Project , developing a fully customized 3D printing platform integrating automated injection and liquid-dispensing mechanisms.

The project is currently in the prototype development stage, involving mechanical design, 3D printing, electronics, embedded software, and system integration.

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Robotics & AI Engineer with strong practical engineering knowledge to contribute to our ongoing research and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop robotics and automation systems.
• Develop and evaluate syringe-based, peristaltic, and other precision liquid-dispensing mechanisms.
• Integrate dispensing systems with customized 3D printer mechanisms.
• Develop and test motion-control and automation algorithms.
• Work with stepper motors, motor drivers, sensors, microcontrollers, and embedded controllers.
• Develop, test, and debug programs using Python and C++.
• Support G-code-based motion and dispensing control.
• Assist with mechanical and electronic system integration.
• Perform prototype testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, electronics, and software development teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing reports, and R&D progress records.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of robotics, mechatronics, or automation engineering.
• Programming knowledge in Python and/or C++.
• Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of stepper motors, motion control, sensors, and motor drivers.
• Familiarity with 3D printing mechanisms and G-code.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and software systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Syringe pumps, peristaltic pumps, or fluid-dispensing systems.
• Customized 3D printers and motion-control systems.
• ESP32, Arduino, STM32, or similar controllers.
• Marlin, Klipper, or other 3D printer firmware.
• CAD modelling and mechanical prototype development.
• Product R&D, rapid prototyping, or medical-device engineering.

Educational Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualifications in:

• Robotics & Automation Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Computer Science or related engineering disciplines
