Job Description

Remote, Ukraine or Europe · Full-time · 1–3 years · 15:00–23:00 Kyiv time, Mon–Fri

Corner is a global furniture brand making premium, designer-quality kitchens accessible to modern homeowners. We combine Scandinavian design principles, transparent pricing, and a streamlined remote process to deliver high-end kitchens without traditional luxury markups. Corner projects live in homes across 12 US states and 5 European countries.

The role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take each kitchen from the signed design to the client’s home: through our factory in Ukraine, across the ocean and into the client’s kitchen.

Every kitchen we make is made to order. After our sales designer and technical designer finish their part, the project is yours. You launch it into production with our factory, book the shipping, keep the client informed at every step, organise delivery and installation in the US, and solve whatever comes up on the way. You run about 15 projects at a time, each at a different stage.

We’re a small team of about 10 people, so this is hands-on work: you write the client emails, call the factory and keep the tracker yourself. Nobody does it for you.

You’ll play a key role in how our clients experience Corner: for most of the project, you’re the person they hear from. You’ll work closely with our COO and our project managers, and you’ll own the result: kitchens that arrive when we said, and clients who know where their kitchen is every week.

About you

You’re the person who knows exactly where every order is. You’ve prepared the documents, booked the trucks and answered the client’s email yourself, and you like it when a complicated shipment comes together.

You’re precise. You don’t give a client a date until someone who controls it has confirmed it, and when you don’t know something, you say when you’ll know.

  • 1–3 years in a role where you personally handled orders, suppliers, shipments or documents: operations, import or export, e-commerce, supply chain, events or hospitality.
  • You’ve prepared order or shipping documents yourself (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, bookings) and handled a customer’s order problem from the first message to the fix.
  • You keep many orders moving at once, with a tracker you built and trust, and you change it when it stops working.
  • When something keeps breaking, you notice the pattern, bring it to the team with facts and suggest a fix.
  • Fluent Ukrainian, and English at B2 or higher that you use with clients every day, in writing and on calls.
  • You can work 15:00–23:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday, on a long-term basis, when our US clients are awake. Some days start with an hour in the morning for a pickup in Ukraine or a question for the factory.
  • Even better if you’ve worked with furniture, made-to-order products, logistics or a factory.

Experience helps, but the most important thing is that you have the desire and energy to make a difference.

What you’ll own

Every day you move a dozen kitchens one step closer to a home. Every week each client hears from you.

  • Launch to production. Check each project against our checklist with the designer and technical designer, send it to the factory, and get a confirmed production timeline.
  • The factory. Daily calls with our manufacturer: statuses, questions from the technical drawings, and dates you can rely on.
  • Shipping. Compare our logistics partners on time and price, book sea or air, and track every container and parcel to the US.
  • The client. Dated updates every week, on the client’s project page and by email or call. When something slips, the client hears it from you first, with the next step and the day of the next update.
  • Delivery and installation. Book unloading, coordinate building access and installers, and make sure every part arrives where it should.
  • When something goes wrong. Replacements, damaged or missing parts, and claims with the factory, through to a closed case and a happy client.
  • Samples and photoshoots. Send material samples to clients from Ukraine and our Chicago warehouse, and help organise the photoshoot of finished kitchens.

You’ll work with

Our COO, our project managers, our sales designers in Brazil, our technical designers, our factory in Ukraine, logistics partners, and installers across the US.
