Customer Service Representative

NRF Distributors is looking for our next Customer Service Support Representative!

As part of our team, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and fostering positive client relationships. Your core skills in phone and email-based customer service, communication, and data entry will enable you to effectively assist customers and fellow team members. We know your ability to professionally communicate with customers and strong computer/phone skills will serve you well in this role. This position is a full-time role with a five-day, Monday-Friday schedule that offers weekends off, full benefits, and the potential for a hybrid work from home/in-office schedule after the training period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service by performing order entry, stock checks, and other order processing functions courteously.
• Utilize computer skills to ensure accuracy when placing orders and back orders.
• Engage with customers and team members through phone calls, demonstrating effective communication and phone etiquette.
• Assist in data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Collaborate with team members during weekly departmental meetings to enhance customer support strategies and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Proven experience in customer service and client support
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with call center operations/outbound calling is beneficial, but not required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (weekends off)
