Mobile Engineer (Flutter, iOS and Android)

About us

We build Shiv, a citizen-reporting and governance platform being rolled out with district police and government departments in Maharashtra. Citizens report with a photo, video or call from our app; officers and field teams verify on the spot from theirs.

What you will do

• Build the citizen app and the officer / field-worker app in Flutter, on iPhone and Android.

• Build the camera: photo and video capture, distance measurement with ARKit / ARCore, native camera code in Swift and Kotlin, location and signed evidence.

• Make it work in the field: offline queue, weak networks, low-end Android phones, battery life.

• Ship releases to the App Store and Google Play through TestFlight and internal testing, with crash monitoring.

• Keep every screen in Marathi, Hindi and English, simple for first-time smartphone users.

What we look for

• Experience: 0+ years. Freshers with Flutter projects (an app on a store or on GitHub) are welcome.

• Flutter and Dart, REST APIs, state management (Riverpod or Bloc).

• Interest in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin): camera, permissions, background work.

Good to have

• ARKit / ARCore, Camera2 / AVFoundation, push notifications (FCM / APNs), App Store and Play Store publishing.

Location and work mode

Mumbai first, then Pune. Hybrid: office and work from home.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
