Spydra - Process Excellence Lead - AI Automation & Transformation

Role Overview We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead to improve how teams work across health, wealth, and career services. In this role, you will identify delays, eliminate unnecessary steps, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and client experience.

You will lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from understanding business challenges and designing practical solutions to implementing changes, driving adoption, and measuring results. You will also leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, data analytics, and digital technologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead process improvement and business transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and machine learning to reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance.
• Assess business processes for AI readiness and collaborate with technology teams to implement AI-enabled solutions that address business challenges.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish baselines, and develop dashboards to monitor process performance and quantify improvement outcomes.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, predict operational challenges, and uncover productivity improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business, operations, data, and technology teams to design and implement digital workflows, automation solutions, and AI-powered process enhancements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, accuracy, scalability, and business value of AI and automation solutions.
• Align stakeholders and senior leaders on improvement priorities, business cases, implementation plans, and expected benefits.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and new technologies.
• Track post-implementation performance, validate realized benefits, and establish mechanisms for sustained improvement.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to business processes.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation projects.
• Practical experience identifying, evaluating, or implementing AI-driven process improvements, Generative AI use cases, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, business applications, limitations, and responsible adoption, including data privacy, governance, and human oversight.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into simple, scalable, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience defining performance metrics, conducting data analysis, developing dashboards, and measuring business outcomes.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, digital transformation, process mining, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, business teams, and technology partners.
• A proven track record of implementing sustainable process improvements and delivering measurable business results.
