Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Annual Salary: Competitive, DOE

Working Pattern: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation in the ecommerce sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join their team on a 12 month contract! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Digital Manager and various stakeholders to execute the trading plan for this renowned brand.

Whilst the office is based in West Yorkshire, to ensure they get the best person they are open to UK based remote with the provision that you are able to be based in the office for the first day and around once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate website trading activities, ensuring seamless execution of promotional and trading plans
• Manage onsite banner and email campaign workflows, delivering accurate and timely launches
• Build and quality-check website and email previews using Solidus and Klaviyo
• Launch and monitor online promotions, analysing performance to maximise customer engagement and sales
• Optimise onsite content and creative execution in partnership with design and marketing teams
• Merchandise product listing pages (PLPs) to improve product visibility, user experience, and conversion rates
• Enhance product data and content to improve onsite searchability and discoverability
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Produce weekly trading reports and performance presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct website audits, reported technical issues, and supported testing of development fixes

Essential Skills:

• Fundamental understanding of ecommerce trading
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills across various media
