About the Position

Superior Walls of Upstate New York/PA is seeking a dependable, personable, and detail-oriented individual to assist with customer outreach and sales support.

This remote, part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and helping potential customers take the next steps in their building projects.

The primary focus will be contacting prospective customers, following up on inquiries, and keeping our sales team informed of new opportunities. Additional administrative and marketing support may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with inquiries generated through our website, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer information and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Track customer communications and update lead records.
• Coordinate with sales representatives regarding interested prospects.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and ongoing follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities.
• Provide occasional marketing and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus.
