Conveyancing Executive/Assistant

We are recruiting for a driven and ambitious conveyancing executive to work in James Allum’s Bath-based practice within Carbon Law Partners. The team member will:

• Have experience in conveyancing or other legal work, or have a willing to develop a career in conveyancing and learn;
• Support our residential conveyancer in tasks throughout residential property purchases, sales and remortgages, including opening files, onboarding clients and completing compliance tasks, ordering searches, assisting with exchange and completion and completing post-completion tasks;
• Be commutable to the city-centre office in Bath (twice a week); and
• Be willing to engage in being part of a positive, inclusive working environment.

This is an opportunity to work very closely with an experienced residential conveyancer, to play a large part in running a residential conveyancing practice, all while developing legal skills in a positive working culture.
