Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Perform system setups, configurations, and functional testing
• Work on Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning modules
• Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT, and end-user training sessions
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), solution design, and test scripts
• Ensure best practices and standard Oracle processes are followed

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules:

• Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification)
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Product Information Management (PIM)

• Supply Chain Planning (basic to intermediate)

• Understanding of end-to-end SCM business processes
• Experience in data migration (FBDI, ADFDI)
• Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC)
• Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle EBS SCM.
• At least 12 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

Oracle Fusion SCM certification

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Exposure to global supply chain processes
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
