Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Website Developer. The developer will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, working across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing server-side logic and APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing performance and security. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and participating in continuous improvement of the development process. The developer will also contribute to deployment workflows, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of existing platforms.

Qualifications

• Front-end development skills, such as modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Back-end development skills, including experience with one or more server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET) and building RESTful APIs.
• Database and storage skills, including familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version control and collaboration skills, including experience with Git, code reviews, and working within agile or iterative development environments.
• Website performance, security, and deployment skills, such as optimizing load times, implementing secure coding practices, and working with cloud hosting or CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in digital marketing or agency environments is a plus.
