BMC Helix Developer / Technical Consultant

We’re Hiring: BMC Helix Developer / Technical Consultant On Fully Remote

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in AR System, Helix Platform, Digital Workplace, Service Catalog, and ITSM integrations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BMC AR System, including Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Permissions, and Audit Configuration.
• Experience with BMC Helix Platform / Innovation Studio, Record Definitions, Views, Processes, and Rules.
• Knowledge of Digital Workplace, Service Catalog, and Smart IT configuration.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and database performance analysis.
• Experience with Helix reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and audit-based metrics.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BMC Helix versions 25.x / 26.x.
• Exposure to Helix AI, HelixGPT, and cognitive chatbot integrations.
• Knowledge of SailPoint, Device42, CMDB, and IAM platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow migration projects and SOX-controlled access provisioning.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Helix deployment practices.
• Experience in telecommunications, media, or large enterprise environments.
