Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as:

• Core HR
• Absence Management
• Payroll
• Talent Management (Performance, Goals)

• Recruitment (ORC)

• Perform system setups including enterprise structures, workforce structures, and security configurations
• Work on data migration using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas)
• Support testing cycles: SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and user manuals.

5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (with at least 23 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud)

• Strong expertise in at least 23 modules:

• Core HR (mandatory)

• Payroll / Absence / Talent / ORC

• Good understanding of:

• HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Fast Formulas
• HCM Extracts

• BI Reports / OTBI

• Experience in at least 12 full lifecycle implementations
• Knowledge of global HR processes and best practices
• Familiarity with security (roles, data roles, AOR)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Oracle Fusion HCM Certification

• Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like OIC)
