Technical Services Manager (TSM) – Commercial Fit Out
Location: London & Home Counties
Sector: Commercial Office Fit Out & Refurbishment
Project Values: £50k – £1m+

An established and highly regarded London-based main contractor is looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager to join its specialist small works division.
The business delivers high-quality commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London and the Home Counties, with project values ranging from £50k to £1m+.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected contractor, working on a variety of fast-paced projects within a supportive and professional team.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the technical services delivery across multiple commercial fit out projects, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of MEP services.
- Overseeing building services packages, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, AV and data.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, health & safety and regulatory standards.
- Managing technical challenges, procurement and value engineering.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring successful project handovers.
About You
- 5–7+ years’ experience within building services or technical services management.
- Strong background in commercial office fit out and refurbishment.
- Previous main contractor experience preferred.
- Good all-round knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
