Software Automation Specialist — AI Voice, SMS & HVAC Scheduling

FlowHVAC builds automated lead recovery and scheduling systems for HVAC companies. Our systems help contractors recover missed calls, follow up with leads, qualify customers, book appointments, and connect customers with human staff when needed.

Role Overview

We are seeking automation specialists to build, integrate, test, and deploy complete automation systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Build AI voice systems that respond to missed calls and handle basic customer conversations.

* Set up automated SMS follow-ups and lead qualification.

* Integrate CRMs, calendars, telephony, and automation platforms.

* Check appointment availability and book appointments according to company rules.

* Configure business-specific information, including services, pricing, service areas, and operating hours.

* Create lead records, update customer information, and prevent duplicates where supported.

* Set up urgent-lead alerts, human handoffs, and escalation workflows.

* Test, troubleshoot, and deploy working systems for paying clients.

* Monitor performance, fix issues, and improve automations during the first 30 days after launch.

* Provide documentation and hand over completed systems to FlowHVAC.

Required Skills

* Experience with APIs, webhooks, and software integrations.

* Familiarity with AI voice, SMS, CRM, and workflow automation tools such as Make or n8n.

* Understanding of scheduling logic, troubleshooting, and system testing.

* Ability to build reliable workflows, handle errors, and protect customer information.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver working systems independently.

HVAC or field-service software experience is a plus.

Compensation

Earn $1,500 per completed system built at the $10,000 implementation price. This is performance-based contract compensation, not a guaranteed salary
