🔹 Role Responsibilities

✅ Assistant Accountant: Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, expense tracking, and preparation of financial statements.

✅ Accounts Executive: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and maintain accurate ledger records.

✅ Finance Executive: Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, financial reporting, and analysis of financial performance.

✅ Verify invoices, payment records, and supporting financial documentation.

✅ Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

✅ Maintain organized financial records and support internal and external audit requirements.

✅ Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.

✅ Ensure financial transactions follow company policies and applicable accounting procedures.

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

✔️ Previous experience in accounting, accounts administration, or finance operations is an advantage.

✔️ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoices, and financial documentation.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.

✔️ Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling financial information.

✔️ Knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and accounting practices is an advantage.
