The Opportunity

Lead and develop our philanthropy and corporate partnerships programme, manage a portfolio of high-value supporters, identify new funding opportunities, and line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver a major donor strategy.

* Manage and steward major donors and prospects.

* Prepare compelling funding proposals and reports.

* Grow corporate partnerships and secure new supporters.

* Lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

About You

* Proven philanthropy fundraising experience.

* Track record of securing major gifts.

* Corporate partnership development experience.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Line management experience.
