General Manager – Build to Rent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a luxury Build to Rent development in Central London.

Our client is a rapidly growing player within the BTR and wider real estate sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a flag ship scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of full operational leadership and performance of a premium BTR asset

• Ensuring compliance across all regulatory and operational areas

• Delivering exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction

• Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice

• Ensure occupancy levels remain high and lead on leasing initiatives

About you:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Build to Rent sector at management level

• Proven experience overseeing site operations

• Demonstrable experience in leading leasing initiatives that led to increased occupancy levels

• Track record of delivering high standards of customer service

What’s on offer:

• £65,000 - £70,000

• Performance bonus - circa 10%
