The Urban Chocolatier, an established luxury coffee & dessert company now recruiting for a new sales manager to join the Directors and continue with the promotion and success of the Franchise network.
The role offers endless opportunities for someone who has vision, enthusiasm, is results orientated, displays tactful leadership, builds trust, and shows honesty and loyalty to the team and the brand.
What We Expect:
l Meet with potential franchise leads to show them our business model.
l Conduct Franchise sales presentations in person and over Zoom.
l Development of the Franchise Sales strategy.
l Persistently generate new leads.
l Research potential areas for new development.
l Site selection and property acquisition.
l Consult and offer expertise to franchise owners by influencing long-term goal development.
l Provide solution-based coaching and consulting to franchisees to increase their business by reviewing P&Ls.
l Create marketing strategies for the brand and ensure our proven system of success is being implemented.
l Articulate and drive strategies and priorities.
l Work with the senior management team to enforce protocol to all stores.
l Arrange appraisal visits with existing franchisees
l Create, implement and maintain a franchise sales marketing strategy.
l Knowledge of the growing coffee and dessert industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
