Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UI Developer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience specializing in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. In this role, you will be responsible for building modern, highly responsive, performant, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product, design, and backend engineering teams to transform creative concepts into seamless digital products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Application Development:

  Develop, scale, and maintain modern web applications leveraging React.js and Next.js framework capabilities.

• Component Architecture:

  Design and build reusable, highly accessible, and scalable UI components to maintain consistency across design systems.

• Design Conversion:

  Translate Figma / Adobe XD prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces with precise layout structure and smooth interactions.

• Performance & SEO:

  Optimize web applications for maximum speed, web vitals, dynamic rendering, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• API & State Management:

  Implement robust REST API integrations and manage application state efficiently across complex user workflows.

• Code Quality & Standards:

  Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices in UI development, maintain clean documentation, and mentor junior developers.

• Cross-Browser & Device Testing:

  Ensure seamless performance and visual consistency across modern browsers, desktop views, and mobile viewports.

• Troubleshooting & Refactoring:

  Diagnose, debug, and resolve UI issues, runtime errors, and layout glitches promptly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work side-by-side with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must Have:

• Experience:

  3–5 years of hands-on professional UI development experience in modern web environments.

• React.js & Next.js:

  Strong hands-on mastery of React.js concepts (Hooks, Context, Lifecycle, SSR/SSG/ISR with Next.js).

• JavaScript & TypeScript:

  Solid proficiency in ES6+ JavaScript and production-level TypeScript for type-safe applications.

• Core Web Tech:

  Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, modern CSS layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid), and responsive design patterns.

• API Integration:

  Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous operations, data fetch strategies, and error handling.

• Version Control:

  Strong proficiency with Git version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews).

• Cross-Browser Development:

  Proven track record in optimizing responsiveness and debugging UI across all primary browsers and screen sizes.

Good to Have:

• State Management:

  Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or advanced Context API architectures.

• UI Frameworks:

  Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), Ant Design, or Styled Components.

• Testing & Quality:

  Familiarity with unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Performance Tuning:

  Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle size reduction techniques.

• SEO Concepts:

  Understanding of metadata management, structured data, dynamic rendering, and SEO best practices in Next.js.

• Agile Methodology:

  Experience working in Agile/Scrum development sprints and using project management tools like Jira/Linear.
