Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, utilities, or other regulated sectors?

We’re partnering with a leading engineering and project delivery consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a major capital investment programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure that will benefit communities and the environment for years to come.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering multiple projects and programmes across a major capital investment portfolio. You’ll lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with governance, budget, and programme requirements.

Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, you’ll help drive successful project outcomes while supporting long-term sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects within a large AMP8 programme.
• Manage project governance, ensuring adherence to risk, cost, schedule, and change control processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility across all project activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory, commercial, and operational requirements.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
• Support sustainable outcomes and contribute to wider business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• 8+ years’ experience in project management within utilities, infrastructure, or another regulated environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex capital projects and programmes.
• Strong digital project delivery skills, including knowledge of Oracle and Primavera P6 .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and project controls knowledge.
• Experience managing risk, budget, programme, and change management processes.
• Membership of a relevant professional body such as APM, ICE, CIOB, or RICS (or working towards).
