Job Description
- Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (text, speech, vision).
- Prompt Engineering: Design effective prompts to optimize LLM outputs and reduce hallucinations.
- RAG Pipelines: Implement retrieval-augmented generation for contextual accuracy.
- Performance Monitoring: Track hallucination rates, latency, and accuracy benchmarks.
- Integration: Work with APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) to embed AI into products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align product, engineering, and design teams on AI capabilities.
- Deployment & Scaling: Ensure low latency, scalability, and cost efficiency in production.
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
