POSITION DETAILS

Locations: Little Rock, AR; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL

Salary: Starting at $49,816 annually

Travel: Up to 95%

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Construction Manager will support construction projects, coordinate field activities, and monitor schedules, budgets, and overall project progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of construction field experience, OR a high school diploma plus 4 years of construction field experience
• Field experience is defined as work with a general contractor, CM firm, owner’s representative, or specialty contractor in roles such as field engineer, project engineer, assistant superintendent, or inspector
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Willingness to travel up to 95%
• Successful criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Professional references

IMPORTANT

Civil and/or federal construction experience is mandatory.
