Housecall Pro Dispatcher & Virtual Assistant – HVAC

About the role

Talentige is looking for a Housecall Pro Virtual Assistant to handle dispatching and customer service for a growing US-based HVAC business. You’ll answer customers, keep the calendar full, and make sure every technician knows exactly where to go next. This is a fully remote, full-time, long-term role.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and web leads, and book service appointments

• Create and manage customers, jobs, and schedules in Housecall Pro

• Dispatch technicians and keep customers informed about arrival times

• Route urgent and emergency AC calls to the on-call technician

• Follow up on pending estimates and unpaid invoices

• Book maintenance tune-ups and look after recurring maintenance customers

• Ask happy customers for reviews

• Keep CRM records, notes, and job statuses accurate and current

What you bring

• Hands-on Housecall Pro experience (required), including booking, dispatching, estimates, and invoicing

• Fluent, clear spoken English and confidence on the phone with US homeowners

• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours

• Reliable high-speed internet with a backup option, a quiet workspace, and a good headset

• Strong organization and a calm, professional manner when things get busy

Bonus points

• HVAC or other home-services experience

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or Jobber

• Sales or booking experience, especially turning calls into booked jobs

• Experience supporting US customers in a call center or BPO

Compensation: 1,300 USD per month, full-time
