Sales Manager (FinTech / Payments)

Close deals with global online businesses and earn up to $7,500 a month 💳

Our client is an international Electronic Money Institution licensed in the UK, Canada and Malta. One platform gives online businesses everything they need to move money worldwide: multicurrency IBANs, acquiring, mass payouts and open banking. It works across 140+ countries and 25+ industries.

The team is growing fast, and they need a Sales Manager who loves the hunt, knows high-risk payments and wants to be paid for results.

💰 What you earn

• Base salary up to $3,000/month
• Monthly performance bonus on top
• Total income up to $7,500/month

🎯 What you’ll do

• Find and win new B2B clients, from the first message to the signed contract
• Turn warm leads into long-term partnerships
• Target large merchants and enterprise accounts
• Learn each client’s business and build an offer that fits
• Run calls, meetings and demos with decision-makers
• Shape the sales strategy together with the Head of Department
• Work closely with Account Management, Compliance, Support and Operations
• Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM

✅ What you bring

• 2+ years of international B2B sales in FinTech or payments
• Experience selling to high-risk verticals: iGaming, Crypto, Forex
• A proven record of hitting or beating sales targets
• A network that opens doors to enterprise clients
• Fluent English and Russian (other languages are a plus)
