Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and talented C++ Developer with mandatory hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH to join our Voice Application Development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ development, Linux-based server applications, VoIP technologies, and real-time communication systems.

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining voice application platforms supporting calls, IVR, voicemail, contact center solutions, and other communication services.

This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging technical problems, contribute to system architecture, and develop scalable solutions that directly impact business operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain VoIP server applications using C++ and FreeSWITCH.
• Customize and integrate FreeSWITCH for voice applications and real-time communication solutions.
• Develop and maintain voice platform functionalities, including call processing, IVR, voicemail, and contact center features.
• Contribute to application design, system architecture, and technical implementation.
• Develop Linux-based applications, server processes, and daemons.
• Implement multithreaded applications and optimize performance for concurrent processing.
• Work with network programming concepts, including sockets, TCP, UDP, and real-time communication protocols.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues using GDB, core dumps, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• Analyze existing codebases, identify issues, and implement reliable enhancements.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
• Work with relational databases and SQL for application data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality voice communication solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in C++ development.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH development, customization, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of C++17, STL, and Boost libraries.
• Experience developing Linux-based server applications, processes, and daemons.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience developing multithreaded applications and working with synchronization primitives.
• Good understanding of network programming, sockets, TCP, and UDP.
• Hands-on experience with Linux debugging using GDB and core dumps.
• Experience with Bash scripting, Make, and Linux development environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience debugging and analyzing existing code.
• Familiarity with tcpdump and Wireshark for network troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VoIP, media servers, and real-time communication platforms.
• Knowledge of FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, RTP media handling, call routing, transcoding, and conferencing.
• Understanding of SIP, RTP/RTCP, SRTP/SRTCP, and WebRTC protocols.
• Experience with AMQP messaging.
• Familiarity with Python scripting.
• Experience with libraries such as:
• libcURL
• libsrtp
• Google Protocol Buffers (protobuf)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
