Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Support (L1/L2).

Location: PAN India

Experience: 6 Years

Functional: Setup and Process knowledge of

  • Purchasing
  • Self-Service Procurement(SSP)
  • Sourcing
  • Procurement Contracts
  • Supplier Portal
  • Supplier Qualification Management

Technical :

  • SQL Writing
  • BPM & Approvals: Support requires BPM (Business Process Management) Worklist knowledge.
  • Holds and Exceptions: Payables Invoice matching holds or PO distribution errors
  • core P2P backend tables.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports, BI Publisher templates, and Page Composer personalization
  • FBDI / ADFdi
