About the role

SymHas is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deploy AI agents and data-driven solutions directly in client environments on the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP) using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications. FDEs sit close to the business, translating real workflows into working agents, integrations, and analytics — fast.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy custom and prebuilt AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX)
  • Implement solutions on the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) – data models, pipelines, semantic layer, and reporting
  • Partner on-site/embedded with client teams to capture requirements and ship iteratively
  • Orchestrate multi-agent workflows, tool/function calling, grounding on enterprise data, and guardrails
  • Build integrations via REST APIs, OIC, and Fusion data extracts; handle validation, testing, and production readiness
  • Provide hands-on enablement, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio and/or the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • Strong Oracle Fusion Applications background (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX functional + technical)
  • Experience building AI/GenAI agents or LLM-based solutions (prompting, RAG/grounding, tool calling, evaluation)
  • Integration and data engineering skills: REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, SQL/PLSQL, data modeling; Python a plus
  • Customer-facing delivery experience; comfortable embedding with client teams and shipping quickly

Nice to have

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) / OCI Generative AI experience
  • Oracle certifications in Fusion Analytics / OCI AI
  • Prior Forward Deployed Engineer / solutions-architect consulting experience
