Job Description
Company Description Awfully Good is an independent branding studio that builds distinctive, high-impact visual identities grounded in clear business strategy. The studio rejects safe, generic design in favor of bold, high-contrast creative directions that help clients stand out and claim strong market authority. The team also focuses on AI and emerging technologies, integrating AI-powered design and generative content into modern brand and campaign work. This environment offers design professionals the opportunity to contribute to ambitious, unconventional branding projects across multiple disciplines.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing graphic concepts, producing layouts and design systems, collaborating with strategists and copywriters, and preparing production-ready files for campaigns and brand launches. The role involves translating brand strategy into cohesive visual narratives, maintaining design consistency across touchpoints, and iterating quickly based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also support presentations, moodboards, and design explorations that push aesthetic boundaries while serving business objectives.
