Metal Framer/Drywall Hanger/ Multi trade Foreman

Overview

As a Metal Framer/Drywall Hanger/Multi-Trade Foreman, you’ll lead field crews and coordinate metal framing, drywall, and related construction work from plan review through quality checks. You’ll help keep work aligned with project schedules, budgets, contracts, and applicable construction and safety regulations. Your impact: Clear coordination and quality oversight help crews work safely and deliver dependable results for project partners.

Duties

• Lead crew management, assign work, and coordinate construction schedules with project teams and other trades.
• Review blueprints and construction drawings; interpret technical details and flag conflicts before work proceeds.
• Oversee metal framing, drywall hanging, and multi-trade work, checking progress and quality against project requirements.
• Track schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation using construction management software.
• Promote construction safety, including compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and applicable federal construction safety regulations.

Skills

• Required: Construction experience, construction site experience, commercial construction experience, and supervising experience, including managing teams in a construction management role.
• Required: Blueprint reading, construction drawing review, project scheduling, construction schedule coordination, quality control, and construction safety management.
• Required: Management, managerial communication, budgeting, construction project management, and knowledge of construction regulations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and pipeline coordination.
• Preferred: Experience with construction management software and an ohmmeter; knowledge of contracts and federal construction safety regulations.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
