Independent Customer Service Agent

Currently seeking individuals interested in working from home.

• At least 6 months of customer/sales experience desired, but not required.
• Seeking those between jobs, stay-at-home-moms.
• Must have a good work ethic, have integrity, and able to safe guard confidental information.
• MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT or access to equipment. (Dual monitors/PC, noise cancelling headset, and hardwired internet) - Equipment will not be provided.
• MUST live in the US. No other countries are considered.
• Excluded states CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WI.

The position consists of but not limited to:

• Maintaining accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas if the position assigned is sales-oriented.

Other tasks are dependent upon assignment or agreement.

• May include appointment setting.
• May include outbound telemarketing calls.
• May include data entry.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $7.64 - $14.00 per hour
