Virtual Assistant – Client Care & Scheduling (Part-Time, Fully Remote, 1099) – Up Close Inspections
$18–$22/hour, based on experience Part-time 100% Remote (US-based) Independent contractor (1099)Up Close Inspections is a growing, full-service property inspection company. We serve homebuyers, sellers, real estate agents and commercial property buyers, who are often in the middle of a stressful deal. We’re looking for a sales-minded virtual assistant with real estate experience to be the voice of our company, book inspections, and build relationships with agents.
What you’ll do
- Answer incoming calls, book inspections, and answer client questions
- Manage our email inbox and respond to clients and agents promptly
- Call real estate agents to build relationships and generate referrals
- Schedule and confirm inspections for our field inspectors and handle reschedules
- Work leads, follow-ups, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
Requirements
- GoHighLevel experience: you’re comfortable with pipelines, opportunities, conversations, and workflows
- Sales experience: you know how to turn a call into a booking and aren’t shy about outbound calls
- Real estate experience (agent, transaction coordinator, mortgage, title, or similar): you understand the transaction timeline and how inspections fit in
- Excellent phone presence: warm, outgoing, and confident
- US-based and available about 20-30 hours per week during Eastern Time business hours
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, a computer, and a phone
- Strong written communication for emails and texts
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
