Web Content Manager

Position Details:

• Job Title: Web Content Manager
• Location: 100% Remote
• Contract Duration: 7+ months with a strong possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Manage web content strategy, publishing, maintenance, and quality assurance using Magnolia CMS.
• Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices to improve organic visibility and content performance.
• Optimize website content, metadata, page structure, and internal linking.
• Analyze web analytics and reporting to improve engagement, conversions, and overall content effectiveness.
• Partner with marketing and business teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate project timelines.
• Support content audits, website enhancements, CMS migrations, and post-launch validation.
• Maintain content governance, publishing workflows, documentation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate web content workflows with platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing web content, digital experiences, or CMS-based publishing.
• Hands-on experience with Magnolia CMS – Must Have.
• Strong SEO experience, including on-page optimization, metadata, and internal linking.
• Experience with AEO/GEO and optimizing content for AI-powered search.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with web analytics, content performance reporting, content governance, and website migration support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
