- Create wireframes and simple interactive prototypes to explore ideas before development.
Design Consistency & Handoff
- Help maintain shared design components, styles, and visual assets.
- Prepare organized design files and communicate how designs should look and behave to developers.
Collaboration & Improvement

- Collaborate with marketing and development to balance user needs and business goals.
- Use feedback and available performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For

- Work samples: A portfolio or selected projects showing your visual design skills and approach to solving problems. School, personal, freelance, and internship projects are welcome.
- Familiarity with design tools: Some experience using digital design software to create layouts, wireframes, or prototypes.
- User-focused thinking: An interest in making websites and apps intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use.
- Communication and curiosity: A willingness to explain your ideas, ask questions, learn, and respond to feedback.
Experience with responsive design, mobile interfaces, or conversion-focused landing pages is helpful, but isn’t required in every area. An interest in fitness or wellness is a bonus.
No specific degree or minimum years of experience are required as we’re interested in your work, potential, and willingness to grow.
