Senior Vendor Manager – Workplace Services & Real Estate

We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Vendor Manager to oversee its Workplace Services and Real Estate supplier portfolio.

This is a strategic role focused on strengthening supplier performance, commercial value, governance and risk management across a complex third-party supplier network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationship management and governance across Workplace Services and Real Estate.
• Drive supplier performance, commercial improvements and value creation through benchmarking and market insight.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal and operational stakeholders on sourcing and contract strategies.
• Lead supplier reviews, performance reporting, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, renewals, compliance and supplier risk.
• Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place across lower-tier suppliers.

About you

• Strong experience in vendor management, procurement or category management within Workplace Services and/or Real Estate.
• Proven track record in supplier governance, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Good understanding of supplier risk, compliance, performance management and third-party controls.
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed organisation and influencing senior stakeholders.
