Job Description
Help shape how Superbuilt understands real architectural work. You will turn design workflows into training material and evaluation cases, test AI outputs against drawings and codes, collect structured feedback from user journeys, and contribute ideas that make the product more useful for architects. This is a product-facing architecture role: you will be expected to think beyond drawings, identify friction in real workflows, and help the team decide what to build next.
Key Responsibilities
- 01Map live architectural workflows—from brief and concept through documentation, coordination, and review—into clear product requirements and test scenarios
- 02Prepare training examples, evaluation cases, checklists, and source-grounded reference material for AEC AI features
- 03Review AI-generated drawing, compliance, and documentation outputs for accuracy, completeness, usability, and professional judgment
- 04Identify workflow gaps and user-experience friction; turn observations into specific product-feedback recommendations
- 05Join product ideation sessions and explain how architects make decisions, coordinate consultants, and communicate with clients
- 06Document failures, edge cases, and high-value feature opportunities so engineering teams can reproduce and resolve them
Mandatory Requirements
- —B.Arch degree or final-year B.Arch candidate with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 / 10
- —0–1 year of architecture, internship, thesis, or demonstrable project experience; a thoughtful portfolio is essential
- —Strong command of architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, presentation material, and design documentation
- —Clear written communication and the ability to explain why an output is useful, unsafe, incomplete, or misleading
- —Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn how AI systems are trained, tested, and improved
Preferred Qualifications
- —Graduation from IIT, NIT, SPA, or another highly rigorous architecture program
- —Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
- —A thesis, internship, competition, or studio project demonstrating strong workflow thinking
