Customer Service and Data Administrator - French-Speaking / Bi-lingual Insurance | Fully Remote | Temp to Perm | £19 - £21 per hour | Immediate Start

Pursuit is delighted to be partnering with a well-established insurance business to recruit 2-3 experienced, French-speaking Customer Service & Data Administrators. This is an initial 3-month temporary assignment with a strong view to going permanent.

The Role You’ll be the link between accurate data and great customer service. You’ll input and check customer information quickly and accurately, and speak with customers and stakeholders in French and English when needed. It’s a fast-paced role suited to someone who stays calm under pressure, is technically very confident, and takes pride in getting the detail right.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting and maintaining customer data accurately across internal systems
• Verifying customer information and documentation to ensure records are correct and complete
• Speaking with customers and stakeholders by phone and email, in French and English, to resolve queries and gather information
• Handling a high volume of work at pace while maintaining accuracy
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

• Proven experience within a data-admin or administration / customer service role essential - you must have previous experience working with large quantities of data.
• French language skills (spoken and written). Additional languages are a real advantage. Other languages other than French may also be considered.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Technically minded and quick to pick up new systems. Must have MS Office as a base.
• Fast, accurate, and comfortable working to tight timescales
• Confident communicator, with verbal and written language skills.
• Industry experience is not essential
• You must be available immediately / within 1 weeks notice.

Remote Working Requirements <ul data-editing-info=”{“applyListStyleFromLevel”:true}”>- As this is a remote role, you must have your own good-quality computer equipment and a reliable high-speed, reliable, internet connection. - You can be based anywhere, but you must be available between core office hours (UK time) between the hours of 9-6 - You must have the right to work in the UK

The Package

• Depending on experience
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Fully remote. Candidates living locally are welcome to work from the office once a week, but this is not essential
• Initial 3-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
• Immediate start available
