Job Description
Influencer & Partnerships Manager
**London Full-time Simmer**Simmer is one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer brands, built on a simple idea: healthy food should taste extraordinary. Founded by brothers Simmy and Jhai with £10 of ingredients, we’ve grown into a profitable, bootstrapped £100M+ ARR business, serving tens of thousands of customers across the UK. We’ve been named among The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies for three consecutive years, ranking 5th in the latest list. But we still think we’re early. Our ambition is to become the defining brand in healthy eating.
We’re fully founder-led, with no private equity or corporate layers. The founders still run the business, set the standard and stay deeply involved in the work. That means decisions happen quickly, ownership is real and the people who join us have the opportunity to materially shape what Simmer becomes.
We’ve built scale through product quality, performance marketing and founder-led storytelling.
Now we’re looking to build another meaningful growth channel: a creator partnerships network that can acquire customers at scale.
This is an opportunity to help build it from the ground up, with the resources of a £100m+ business behind you and the autonomy to work out what really drives results.
We’re ready to make creator partnerships one of Simmer’s biggest growth channels, and we’re looking for someone excited to take ownership, build something brilliant and make a real commercial impact.
The opportunity
Most brands already work with influencers. Far fewer have built a repeatable system that turns creator partnerships into meaningful, profitable customer growth.
That’s the challenge here.
We want to work with hundreds of creators, from smaller emerging talent to established names, finding the people and partnerships that genuinely influence customers to try Simmer.
Some partnerships will be affiliate-led. Others will work through CPA, revenue share, referrals or more ambitious ambassador arrangements.
You’ll be responsible for finding what works, understanding why it works and building a system that allows us to do more of it.
This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a fully established channel and spend your time managing an existing campaign calendar.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how it operates.
What you’ll be doing
Find creators other brands haven’t spotted yet.
Identify, approach and build relationships with creators who have genuine influence over their audiences. Look beyond follower counts and obvious names to understand what makes someone commercially interesting.
Turn partnerships into customer growth.
Develop and manage affiliate, CPA, referral and performance-led partnerships. Understand the economics, negotiate commercially sensible deals and track the results.
Build relationships that go somewhere.
Work directly with creators and talent representatives. Negotiate rates, incentives and longer-term opportunities, and identify which partnerships have the potential to become significantly bigger.
Work closely with creative and performance marketing.
Understand what makes creator content convert. Help shape briefs, experiment with different formats and use what you learn to improve both influencer activity and wider paid-social creative.
Build a channel that can scale.
Create the systems behind a growing creator programme, from sourcing and outreach through to activation, performance tracking and repeat partnerships.
You’ll be measured on customers acquired, acquisition cost, revenue and the number of partnerships that consistently perform — not simply how many creators you sign.
Who we’re looking for
We’re interested in people who combine commercial intelligence with a genuine understanding of creators, content and consumer behaviour.
You might already be working in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, creator growth or performance marketing. Equally, you might be in a broader growth or commercial role and have developed strong experience building partnerships.
What matters is how you think and what you’ve actually done.
You’ll probably recognise yourself in several of these:
- You’ve personally sourced, negotiated or developed creator partnerships, ideally with measurable customer acquisition or revenue outcomes.
- You understand the difference between a creator with a large following and one who can genuinely influence purchasing d…
