We are currently partnering with an AmLaw 60 law firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Litigation Administrative Assistant to support its California offices.

Location: 100% Remote (California-based candidates preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to a busy litigation team

• Prepare, revise, and manage legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials

• Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate deadlines

• Assist with billing, client invoicing, and matter management

• Support new client and matter openings

• Ensure compliance with California court docketing requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of recent litigation experience

✔ Strong knowledge of California court procedures and rules

✔ Experience with e-filing and File & Serve platforms

✔ Proficiency with legal document management, docketing, billing, and time-entry systems

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

✔ A proactive, solution-oriented professional with a strong team mindset
