Are You a Great Fit?

• You have strong written and spoken German skills and can communicate effectively in English.
• You have customer service or call center experience, preferably at least one year.
• You’re comfortable using computers and learning new digital tools.
• You’re patient, solution-oriented, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• You can work independently and meet the requirements of a remote position.

Your Home Office Setup

To work remotely, you’ll need:

• A personal PC or laptop with an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent processor.
• At least 8 GB RAM.
• Primary internet of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 15 Mbps.
• Reliable electricity, backup power, and a quiet workspace.
