We are all passionate about quality and about bringing the right skills together to tackle a problem, and we worry when we feel our delivery is not meeting appropriate standards. This mentality is a huge strength of our team and is borne out by high levels of repeat and extended business.

We are experts at creating teams from a variety of sources. ourselves, contractors, suppliers and collaborating with clients, and ensuring that they perform to a high standard. Our clients really value this, and it stands us apart from many of our competitors.

You will support client relationships and the successful delivery of projects, to enable the growth of existing strategic client accounts - across all of our capabilities and sectors.

A high proportion of our clients are public sector based, so a strong, current understanding of trends in ‘digital government’ - including the responsible use of AI in public services is a significant benefit.

Successful delivery depends on you fostering strong working relationships with TPXimpact team members across Growth/Tech/Marketing and Commercial, collaborating on pre-sales, account management, project commercials, and delivery methodologies.
