ServiceNow Business Analyst - Agentic AI

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, process optimization, and functional solution design across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in ServiceNow modules, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Location : HYDERABAD / BANGALORE (HYBRID)

Experience: 6+ years

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
• CMDB
• Asset Management
• Service Catalog
• Workflow and Reporting
• Custom Applications and Integrations
• Hands-on experience with:
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Experience with Now Assist, Agentic AI, Automation Intelligence, and Customer Experience solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise applications with integrations and customizations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.

Certifications

Mandatory:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Preferred:

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow ATF experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Configure platform features and support solution design activities.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRS, process maps, and project documentation.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable business insights.
• Assess risks, dependencies, and opportunities related to platform enhancements.
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Guide stakeholders through change management and solution adoption.
• Lead small teams and ensure sprint commitments are met.
