Job Description
Most of your hours are spent on the phone with clients who have questions about their benefits. Some calls are scheduled in advance; others come from follow-up lists you work through between appointments. Every conversation has a clear purpose: help the person understand their options and get to a decision.
- Review your appointment queue and confirm upcoming client calls before each block of the day
- Walk clients through available coverage, answer questions, and document their selections accurately
- Follow up with clients who need additional information or have not yet completed their enrollment
- Update records after each interaction so the team has current notes on every account
- Flag complex situations for senior team members and track handoff status
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. No insurance background is required. You learn the products, systems, and conversation flow through a structured training program before working with clients on your own. This is a full-time remote role. If you are organized, comfortable on the phone, and good at keeping track of details, this work fits.
