The Opportunity

We’re growing our freelance designer pool and are looking for a Visual Designer with strong branding skills and excellent digital craft, especially for web. This role is for someone who can translate brand identity into compelling digital experiences — from websites and landing pages to broader visual systems and brand-led digital touchpoints.

This is not a full-time role and not necessarily linked to an active project today. We are building our freelance pool for future project-based collaborations.

Your Mission as a Visual Designer

As a freelance Visual Designer, you will create visually strong digital work that brings brands to life online. You will turn brand direction into clear, consistent, and high-quality web experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design visually compelling websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints
• Translate brand identities into scalable digital design
• Define or apply visual systems across typography, colour, layout, and imagery
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Prepare clean design files and assets for smooth implementation
• Support consistency and quality across branded digital experiences

We Need You to Have

Must-Haves

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or Digital Designer
• Strong portfolio showing branding applied to web and digital
• Excellent visual craft across typography, composition, and layout
• Understanding of responsive digital design
• Ability to create work that is both creative and practical to implement
• Strong spoken and written English

Nice-to-Haves

• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience in agency or consulting environments
• German language skills

• Time Zone: Ideally within ±2 hours of Berlin time
• Start: As projects arise
